Plumeria (“Plumeria,” “we,” “us”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through plumeria.legal (the “Site”), how we use it, and your choices. This Policy governs the Site only — it does not describe how we handle information you share with us after an attorney-client relationship is formed under a signed Engagement Letter, which is governed by the Utah Rules of Professional Conduct and your Engagement Letter instead.

• Information you provide: name, company name, email address, phone number, employee count/revenue stage, and any message content you submit through our contact form, intro-call booking form, or conflicts-intake form.
• Automatically collected information: IP address, browser type, device type, pages visited, and referring URL, collected via standard web server logs and, if enabled, a privacy-respecting analytics tool.
• Cookies: the Site may use essential cookies for basic functionality and, if enabled, analytics cookies. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

We use the information above to: respond to inquiries and schedule calls; run conflicts checks before any engagement; prepare quotes and Engagement Letters; operate, secure, and improve the Site; and comply with legal and professional-conduct obligations. We do not use information submitted through the Site to provide legal advice — no attorney-client relationship exists until a signed Engagement Letter is in place (see our Terms and Conditions).

Please do not submit confidential, privileged, or case-specific information through the contact form, intake form, or during an introductory call. Information shared before an Engagement Letter is signed may not be protected by attorney-client privilege, consistent with Rule 1.18 of the Utah Rules of Professional Conduct governing prospective clients.

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with: service providers who help us operate the Site (e.g., hosting, scheduling, payment processing, e-signature); professional advisors as needed; and law enforcement or regulators where required by law. Any payment information you submit is processed by our third-party payment processor and is not stored on our servers.

We retain intake and contact information for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your inquiry, complete a conflicts check, or comply with legal and professional recordkeeping obligations (client-related trust and engagement records are retained for at least five years, consistent with Rule 1.15 recordkeeping expectations).

We use commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information submitted through the Site. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information you have submitted through the Site by emailing info@plumeria.legal, subject to our recordkeeping obligations described above. You may opt out of non-essential cookies through your browser settings.

The Site is intended for business use by adults and is not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time by posting a revised version with a new effective date. Material changes will be reflected on this page.
