    Free intro call

    30 minutes

    We talk through your stage, your team, your contract volume, and what's keeping you up at night. If a fractional GC isn't the right answer, I'll tell you that and point you somewhere better.

  2. 02

    The Legal Operating Review

    2–3 weeks · $3,500 flat

    A structured diagnostic: a written legal risk register, a contract-stack audit, a corporate-hygiene review, a state-of-compliance memo covering UCPA, the Utah AI Policy Act, and restrictive-covenant exposure, and a 12-month prioritized roadmap with budget. The full fee is credited against your first three months on any retainer.

    Choose your retainer tier

    90-day initial term

    Foundation, Operating GC, Embedded GC, or Portfolio GC. We size the tier to your real load, and we execute an engagement letter — that's the moment the attorney-client relationship begins. After 90 days, it's 30-day notice either way.

  4. 04

    Ongoing embedded counsel

    Month to month

    I join your operating rhythm: standing calls, Slack or Teams access, contract turnaround inside your SLA, board minutes and packages, and a quarterly look ahead at what's coming. Fixed-fee projects get quoted separately so a big month never becomes a surprise invoice.
